In recent years the Zkittlez popularity has grown owing to its sweet and tropical blend of fruit flavors. The dominant terpenes Alpha-Humulene, Myrcene, D-Limonene, and Beta-Pinene. These are responsible for the berry sweet and tropical citrus flavor, which is accompanied by hints of herbs and earth. This strain descends from a fruity lineage and is the result of crossing Grape Ape and Grapefruit. Coming from two indica-dominant strains, the strain genetics are mostly indica. However, it does have some sativa influence from its Grapefruit parent.
What’s Zkittlez about?
The Indica dominant hybrid, Zkittlez, was cultivated by the California-based seed company 3rd Gen Fam. The strain features fascinating chunky colas which appear to explode in a spectrum of bright green. The tightly packed buds have eye-catching purple hues from the high concentrations of anthocyanins. On closer inspection you can see the covering of cloudy white trichomes.
